Cristina Pisani is a vibrant soprano from Mississauga. She enjoys a special relationship with South Asia its language, fashion and cuisine. Her upcoming season features performances with Toronto Operetta Theatre, Arcady, Opera Ottawa, and Mississauga Symphony Orchestra, with whom she will debut as Violetta Valery in Verdi’s beloved opera, La traviata. Other operatic highlights include Elisabetta in Donizetti’s Maria Stuarda (Opera by Request) Orpah in Beckett’s Ruth (Arcady), Governess in Britten’s.

The Turn of the Screw (Abridged Opera), and Violetta in Verdi’s. La traviata (Summer Opera Lyric Theatre, Jeunesses Musicales Canada). Cristina completed her MMus in Vocal Performance and Literature at Western University and loves to spend time with her family, friends, and pets.

Cristina enjoys a special relationship with South Asia, its language, fashion and cuisine.

TD Mosaic is fortunate to have an access to this talented singing sensation and she will render Canadian National anthem to open the festival on Friday 9th of August at the Celebration Square Mississauga.
